Remote Paint Repairs provides a remote smart repair service for all vehicles. This includes but is not limited to, paint touch-ups, scratch removals, and minor paint repairs, as well as dent removals and wheel refurbishments. All services are performed with the highest level of care
and expertise.

3. Customer Obligations
● Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle and the nature of the repair required.
● Vehicle Condition: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is clean and accessible for the repair service.
● Consent: By using our services, you consent to Remote Paint Repairs performing the agreed-upon repairs on your vehicle.

4. Payment Terms
● Quotes and Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given by the customer. Final costs may vary.
● Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We currently only accept cash or bank transfers.
● Late Payments: Any late payments may incur additional charges.
 
5. Liability
● Service Limitations: Remote Paint Repairs will not be held liable for any damage that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed by the customer.
● Extent of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
● Third-Party Services: We are not liable for any services or repairs performed by third parties, even if we recommend them.
 
6. Warranties and Guarantees
● Service Guarantee: We guarantee our work for the lifetime of ownership from the service date. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover additional damage or issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
● No Other Warranties: Except as expressly stated, Remote Paint Repairs makes no further warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding our services.
 
7. Cancellations and Refunds
● Cancellations: Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee.
● Refunds: Refunds are provided at the discretion of Remote Paint Repairs. In the event of a service dispute, we will work with the customer to reach a fair resolution.
